iPod Touch 4th Gen Screen Replacement

How long does it take?

Just bring you iPod Touch in to our Nottingham store and we will aim to complete the repair within 7 working days. If we are really busy some repairs may take longer. Postal repair time is approximately 14 Days.

How to send us your iPod if you are using our postal service:

Include your contact details including phone number and return address.
Mail iPod & payment (if not paying on-line or over the phone via credit or debit card once the repair is complete) to PhoneShop UK, at the address below:

Once we receive your iPod it will be repaired and returned as soon as possible via Royal Mail Special Delivery.

How to pack your iPod before sending it to us:

Fully charge the battery and turn your iPod off.
Wrap your iPod in bubble wrap or similar.
Place wrapped iPod in a jiffy bag, along with your contact details.

We recommend you send your iPod special delivery, to ensure your phone is delivered and signed for by us safely.

If for some reason we cannot repair your iPod (this has not happened yet), your payment will be returned with your iPod.
