How long does it take?

Just bring your Blackberry in to our Nottingham store and we will complete the repair within 2 hours on the same day. If we are really busy some repairs may take up to 24 hours . Postal repair time is approximately 48 Hours.

How to send us your phone if you are using our postal service:

Include your contact details including phone number and return address.
Mail phone & payment (if not paying on-line or over the phone via credit or debit card once the repair is complete) to PhoneShop UK, at the address below:

Once we receive your phone it will be repaired and returned as soon as possible via Royal Mail Special Delivery.

How to pack your Blackberry before sending it to us:

Fully charge the battery and turn your phone off.
Wrap your Blackberry phone in bubble wrap or similar.
Place wrapped phone in a jiffy bag, along with your contact details.

We recommend you send your phone special delivery, to ensure your phone is delivered and signed for by us safely.

If for some reason we cannot repair your iPhone (this has not happened yet), your payment will be returned with your phone.
